2. About the Manifesto

Brazilian Engineering is a global positioning manifesto that seeks to reposition Brazil as an exporter of engineering, technology and applied intelligence. The manifesto is not a technical certification, is not nationalism and is not a project of a single company.

The Brazilian Engineering seal is a cultural and symbolic symbol that can be used by any company or person that uses Brazilian engineering talents.

3. Signing the Manifesto

By signing the Brazilian Engineering manifesto, you declare that:

• The information provided is true and accurate
• You have authority to sign on behalf of the company (in the case of business signatures)
• You agree with the objectives and values of the manifesto
• You will not use the manifesto for illegal or unethical purposes

4. Company Approval

Company signatures go through an approval process. We reserve the right to approve or reject any company signature at our discretion, without the need for justification.

The approval of a company does not imply certification, endorsement or guarantee of quality of the company's products or services.

5. Use of the Brazilian Engineering Seal

Approved companies may use the Brazilian Engineering seal on their products, websites and communication materials, provided that:

• The use is made honestly and not misleadingly
• The seal is not altered or distorted
• The use does not imply technical certification or quality guarantee
• The company maintains its active signature in the manifesto

6. Public Display

If you choose to display your name or your company's name in the public list of supporters:

• Your name/company will be publicly visible on the website
• You can revoke this authorization at any time
• Removal will be processed within 48 business hours

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of the Brazilian Engineering manifesto or its licensors. The Brazilian Engineering seal is available for public use by companies that recognize themselves as an expression of Brazilian engineering.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Brazilian Engineering manifesto:

• Does not guarantee the quality of products or services of supporting companies
• Is not responsible for actions of third parties who use the seal
• Does not offer technical or professional certification
• Is not responsible for decisions made based on information on the site

9. Signature Removal

You can request the removal of your signature at any time by contacting us. We also reserve the right to remove signatures that violate these terms or that are considered inappropriate for the manifesto.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
